We provide window cleaning from High-Rises to Storefronts to Residential Homes. No job is too big or too small!
Moss Prevention
We provide annual moss preventative treatments to previous roof cleaning customers and those who want to minimize it's damage.
Roof Cleaning
If you have a commercial or residential roof that's got moss, algae or mold... We can clean it! Asphalt, Metal, Cedar.
Glass Restoration
If you have hard water spots that look like white teardrops, or a white hazing, you've got stage 1 corrosion. We can restore 'em!
Siding / Gutter Cleaning
Has your siding turned green or black over time? And are your gutters plugged and spilling over? We can help! We do high-rise building cleaning as well!
Spider Eradication
Are spiders the king of your roost? We can spider spray your house paired with one or more of our other services!

CAPITAL CITY WINDOWS, llc is Juneau, Alaska's quality window cleaning service specializing in high and low rise commercial and residential glass cleaning. Capital City Windows has the tools, equipment and know-how to tackle your toughest window cleaning and building cleaning needs. Licensed and insured in the state of Alaska, owner Brick Engstrom has been cleaning glass since 2009.

Capital City Windows has a stock of high reaching equipment including various sized ladders, extension poles, high-rise RDS Rope Descending Systems, 65' and 24' water fed poles, and the experience to operate 32' to 125' Man Lifts.

Safety is always a concern. Secondary safety equipment such as roof anchors, ropes, harnesses, lanyards, and fall arrest devices is used where needed.

From high-rise rope descent systems, mid-rise manlift operations to residential ladder work, you can trust Brick and his crew to complete your cleaning jobs in a professional manner that adheres to OSHA regulations and IWCA/ANSI safety standards.
